Vandalizers make an agreement with the security guards in the site and plans the site vandalization on a specific time.
The Security Guard either:
- Disconnects the camera on site;
- Blocks the Camera on site;
- Tilts the Camera on the site to create a blind spot at the location of vandalization.
Now there is no evidence of the incident at site.
Generally, in most of the cases the CCTV camera is used to collect the evidence of the crime or vandalization.
How the incidents can be alarmed on Realtime basis?
IDEABULLS started looking for a affordable solution to the problem. Because for most of the corporates it is not easy to simply discard the present CCTV infrastructure and have a new AI loaded CCTV cameras.

IDEABULLS developed a layer of software that can be implemented over the existing CCTV network. And it can push a Realtime alarm for:
- Any human intrusion at the prohibited place
- Any intentional blockage on a Camera
- Any Disconnection of Camera
- Any tilting of the Camera
The alert can be pushed to
- Either a Mobile App
- SMS
While designing this Artificial system enough care has been taken so that there is no false alarm. That means in case the site is a busy site and there are too many movements the System automatically recognizes the normal movements so that there is no false alarm generation.
However the most preferred mode is a mobile App. Which can explain exact location where the camera is being Tilted.
The Push notification can also be integrated with any third party System on a need basis e.g. Emergency response System. The solution is very economical to install and hence it gives a new dimension to the surveillance system.
